Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer private sessions, duets, and small group classes (4–6 people), with a focus on core strength, alignment, injury recovery, and pre/postnatal support. Sessions are personalized to your goals and body.

  • I teach in-home sessions throughout New York City, at select studio locations, and virtually by request.

  • Yes. I specialize in working with women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, including core rebuilding, pelvic floor support, and diastasis recti. Sessions are adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

  • I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged in full.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes you can move in (leggings, a tank or tee). You won’t need shoes.

  • Yes — I tailor each duet session to meet both participants' needs. Whether you’re beginners or at different experience levels, I’ll ensure both of you are supported.
